HOW FREQUENT DO YOU UPDATE YOUR SITE?

We have new products launch everyday to ensure that you receive our best! Do note that some sizes may be on backorder. Do check with us if you require any item urgently so we can further assist you. Simply email us, [email protected]

 

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We place our customer service as first priority with efforts to ensure you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Hence we are unable to make modifications to orders once they have been placed. In events of invalid or wrong address, parcel might be return our warehouse via the selected courier. A new shipment will have to be generated where additional shipping charges apply.

In any incident where you have provided a wrong address. Please contact us immediately [email protected] with title “Wrong address provided” and order number so we can rectify the changes immediately.

 

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Hypegem.com was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the Billing Address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically cancelled. If you order has been canceled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.

In events that hypegem cannot fulfil your order, a full refund will be transferred back to you.

Every product goes through us before packaging and mailed to you. We built strong relationships directly with manufacturers worldwide. We import directly from manufactures and you can even find products at cost! You only pay for shipping.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

Handle and Wear with Care: always remove all jewelry before entering water. Also, take off your jewelry when using harsh chemicals, applying beauty products or entering extreme heat or cold. Our jewelry is made with real metals, and will tarnish over time.

 

IS YOUR JEWLERY NICKEL-FREE?

Our jewelry is not nickel-free, however, they have been laboratory tested to assure a very low level of nickel release from the product to the skin.

 

DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS THAT ARE SOLD OUT?

At HYPE GEM we are a fast moving trend website. We do keep a design until suppliers no longer manufacture. You can purchase it on preorder. Unfortunately we do not restock most of our apparels, jewelry and accessory items once the design is removed from our site.  We offer new styles every week as we grow!  Some popular times sell out as fast as 1 or 2 days, so grab what you like when you see it! We’ll always have tons of new styles for you when you come back!
