Order Processing

Upon order confirmation, we will need up to 2 business days to process and pack your parcel. It will then be dispatched to our courier partners for delivery. We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information.

Back-order or Out of stock

Why we allow back-order? We want to ensure all customers have the opportunity to order our items while they are temporary out of stock. Item on back-order will be shown on the individual product page. We work closely with our manufacturers and suppliers to ensure your item is ready and ship to us in fast pace. This process usually take 7 to 12 business days. If your order contained back-order items, we will ship those items that are available first. No additional shipping fee for secondary delivery of your back-order items.

Shipping within Singapore

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all local orders above SGD 39.90. Our local courier partners will deliver your parcel within 3 business days. For self-collection order, please contact us at hello@hypegem or reply us via your order confirmation email. Please note that once your order is dispatched to our courier partners, self-collection method will not be available.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide! We offer FREE SHIPPING for many countries with a minimum purchase. For orders lower than the minimum purchase, we offer standard shipping for a flat fee per order. Most in-stock items will arrive 5-13 business days after receipt of your order. You'll see a shipping range specific to your destination in our shipping & handling page.
