**Exchange/return do not apply to items on sale. Basic lingerie items / underwear(s) are not allowed for exchange due to hygiene purpose. Exchange of sports bra is subject to stock availability.
If item does not fit you well, we allow a return request for credit balance amount for your next purchase with us, we will issue a credit note, there will be no cash refunds.
-Credit Balance has no expiry date and has to be used in 1 single order. Balance amount will be forfeited.

Parcel has to mailed back to us within 14 working days after it is mailed. Parcel has to be mailed via registered article postage bear by the Customer.

- Write in to us at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending the package back
- State your order number and item to be returned.
- Item has to be intact with existing plastic package and tag.
- The package is to be mailed via trackable postage, and borne by the customer.

– Item must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn.
Do allow 3-5 working days for the returns team to process the exchange procedure once a request is made.
For defective items, please send an email to us at email@example.com with detailed photos of the defect area within 1 week from receiving the parcel.
If defects is valid, you can mail it back to us within 7 working days; we will do an immediate exchange once we receive the parcel. The cost of mailing back will be bear by us. If item is sold out and we are unable to do an exchange, we will issue an email notice crediting the amount to your next purchase via store credit.
Hypegem reserves the right to reject any request for exchange if returned merchandise(s) do not meet our requirements or when customer failed to provide proof of purchase.
Please take note that small difference in measurements by 0.5-1 inch/ 2-3cm due to mass production All measurements are approximate plus/minus. True colour of an item may also vary slightly due to strong studio lighting/inevitable discrepancies arising from individual computer resolutions. The above-mentioned are not considered defect attributes and are therefore non-eligible for returns.
